The American Cheese Society (ACS) hosts the foremost annual educational conference and world-renowned cheese judging and competition in North America. The 2024 Conference and Awards Ceremony took us to Buffalo, NY. We were honored to walk away with FIVE MEDALS in the following categories:
Mariana, won 1st Place in Sheep’s Milk Cheese Aged Over 60 Days (Category: OU) AND received a TOP 10 Placement for Best in Show!
Linedeline, won 3rd Place in Open Category, Soft-Ripened Cheeses made from goat's milk (Category: BG)
Llanes, won 3rd Place in Open Category, Soft-Ripened Cheeses made from sheep’s milk (Category: BS)
Shabby Shoe, won 2nd Place in Goat’s Milk Cheese Aged 31 to 60 Days (Category: NT)
St. Germain, won 2nd Place in Goat’s Milk Cheese Aged Over 60 Days (Category: NU)
