Four Medals for Team Blakesville at the 2025 ACS Awards!
Congrats to all the 2025 ACS Winners! This year, Cheesemaker Lily Orr represented Blakesvllle Creamery in Sacramento, and took home four medals!!

The American Cheese Society (ACS) hosts the foremost annual educational conference and world-renowned cheese judging and competition in North America. The 2025 Conference and Awards Ceremony took us to Scaramento, CA. We were honored to walk away with FOUR MEDALS in the following categories:
Mariana, won 1st Place in Sheep’s Milk Cheese Aged Over 60 Days (Category: OU)
Shabby Shoe, won 2nd Place in Goat’s Milk Cheese Aged 31 to 60 Days (Category: NT)
St. Germain, won 2nd Place in Goat’s Milk Cheese Aged Over 60 Days (Category: NU)
And a FIRST award for Truffle Shuffle, coming in 3rd for Fresh Goat Cheese with savory predominant flavor – aged under 30 days – 100% goat’s milk (Category: KP)
